Our 5-Stage Process – from Idea to Completion

Stage 1 – Creative

  • We want to get to know you, your space and what inspires you – first steps are to get in touch by phone or email to discuss you project.
  • The design consultation is free-of-charge and takes place in our Seven Dials showroom, where products can be viewed, or remotely using video conferencing if required.
  • Reviewing any existing mood-boards you may have is a great way to start our collaboration.
  • A full design brief is then created incorporating your ideas, tastes and colour palette to assist with the next stage.

Stage 2 – Design

  • Upon creation of your initial quotation, you may opt to order your products straight away, which is your quickest route to action if time is of the essence.
  • If, however, you prefer to see a visual representation of your new space, we offer an optional design service* using photo-realistic CAD renders of your design which will be presented to you in a subsequent meeting, here in our showroom.
  • Once we have finalised the design and you are completely happy with the styles, fittings and finishes we will present you with the final product costing for your project.

Stage 3 – Technical

  • As part of our optional design service, we provide CAD photorealistic renders, technical plans & elevations, full product specification and subsequent design presentation meetings following the initial design consultation.
  • Once we have a clear timeline for the project and the delivery date is agreed, we procure all goods and store them safely in our local warehouse until they are required.
  • Our warehouse team will liaise with your project manager/installers for deliveries as and when they’re required.

Stage 4 – Installation

  • We connect clients with trusted, recommended installers** who work closely with Parker Bathrooms & Kitchens, ensuring a high standard of workmanship aligned with our designs.
  • For those who have entered into our full design service, we can undertake site visits to discuss the project directly with your chosen installer, providing clarity on design details and addressing specific queries.
  • All design documentation provided act as a method of communication not only to the client but also to your chosen installation team, to ensure the design vision becomes a reality as accurately as possible.
  • Throughout the project, our team is available in the showroom to provide your chosen installer with any additional information, guidance, or advice as needed.

Stage 5 – Aftercare

  • While problems post-project are extremely rare, we have a dedicated aftercare service team who are available by email or phone to answer any further questions if needed.
  • We will personally help with warranty claims if required, with some products guaranteed for up to a lifetime.
  • Whether you’re looking to replace a product or upgrade in the future, we’re here to help source compatible items or suggest updates to keep your space looking fresh.
  • We’re available for follow-up consultations if you’re considering changes or expansions down the line, helping to ensure that any future adjustments integrate seamlessly with your original design.

* This is a chargeable service, redeemable upon order of goods (minimum spend £5,000 inc. VAT per kitchen or bathroom)

** Please note, although Parker Bathrooms & Kitchens do recommend installers, we cannot take responsibility for the work undertaken.
