Perfect planning; from idea to completion

Stage 1 – Creative

  • We want to get to know you, your space and what inspires you – first steps are to get in touch by phone or email to discuss you project.
  • The design consultation is free and can take place in our Seven Dials showroom, at your home or remotely using video conferencing if required.
  • Reviewing any existing mood-boards you may have is a great way to start our collaboration.
  • A full design brief is then created incorporating your ideas, tastes and colour palette to assist with the next stage.

Stage 2 – Design

  • Once we have created the initial draft layout and quotation, we will arrange an in-store appointment to run through everything in person.
  • If you prefer to see a visual representation of your new space, we offer an optional design service* using photo-realistic CAD renders of your design which will be presented to you in a subsequent meeting, here in our showroom.
  • Once we have finalised the design and you are completely happy with the styles, fittings and finishes we will present you with the final costing for your project.

Stage 3 – Technical

  • As part of our optional design service, we work closely with your chosen installation team, providing detailed technical drawings of all plans to support the installation process.
  • We can recommend local and reputable installers if required.
  • Once we have a clear timeline for the project and the delivery date is agreed, we procure all goods and store them safely in our local warehouse until they are required.
  • Our warehouse team will liaise with your project manager/installers for deliveries as and when they’re required.

Stage 4 – Installation

  • For a small additional fee, if you live in Sussex, we are able to oversee the installation of your project from start to finish.
  • On day one we will visit your home to handover the technical drawings, designs and products needed to get the work started and discuss any queries they, or you, might have.
  • Throughout the project we are available by email or phone for any questions which may arise.
  • On completion of the project we will have a final meeting at your home to sign off the work, then leave you to enjoy your new space.

Stage 5 – Aftercare

  • While problems post-project are extremely rare, we have a dedicated aftercare service team who are available by email or phone to answer any further questions if needed.
  • Installation is guaranteed by our recommended installers for 12 months.
  • We will personally help with warranty claims if required, with some products guaranteed for up to a lifetime.

* This is a chargeable service, redeemable upon order of goods (minimum spend £3,000 on a bathroom project. Minimum spend £5,000 on a kitchen project.)
