Jack Parker Managing Director/Company Owner
As the second-generation owner of Parker Bathrooms & Kitchens, Jack has seen the company evolve since joining business in 2003 as a school leaver. His father’s background was in bathroom installation, yet he also had a keen eye for sourcing unique fittings and stoneware from Italy which was already setting them apart from the rest in the world of bathroom interiors. Jack was brought in as part of the sales team initially, but his passion for sourcing exclusive and fine quality items and brands led the company to progress, very naturally into an interior design business which saw his promotion to Company Owner and the launch of the kitchen showroom in 2011.
As a keen traveller, Jack has been able to keep up with industry trends from around the world – always with the design element in mind. More recently he has enjoyed renovating properties throughout the city, gaining a wealth of knowledge on the incredible variety of homes here – from Regency to Victorian; Mid-Century to Contemporary designs. This has also gained him a greater understanding of the Brighton & Hove planning application processes which he has been able to pass onto clients who are often undertaking large renovation projects.
Jack and his wife Emma are born and bred Brightonians and live in Hove with their children. When he is not working, he enjoys watching football and is involved with the Martlets FC football charity. He also supports other local charities through sporting events such as the Brighton Marathon for the Rocking horse Appeal and the £1k Driving Tour for the Meningitis Appeal.
Doria Lopalco
Showroom Manager/Designer
Joining Parkers in 2019, Doria already had several years’ experience designing bathrooms and kitchens since gaining an Interior Design qualification from KLC School of Design. More recently, her role has expanded to include the management of the showroom at Seven Dials where she heads the design and warehouse team.
At Parker Bathrooms and Kitchens, Doria’s talent and passion for design is trusted and recognised by management and customers alike who give her free reign with her design ideas. She loves the wide range of clients who come into the showroom looking for inspiration to transform or create incredible spaces – each one unique. Whatever the budget, Doria will add the wow-factor while working with the original architectural features of any space, bringing both form and function to your home.
Doria loves to add creativity in her day to day through life drawing and sketching, honing her observational skills. She has lived in the city for many years and particularly loves life by the coast, often sea swimming and working out on Hove Lawns.
Abi Thomas
Designer
Abi is a talented designer at Parker Bathrooms & Kitchens, bringing a fresh perspective and a keen eye for detail to her work. With an impressive educational background, she is equipped with the skills to create stunning designs that harmonise form and function seamlessly.
Abi's creative journey began with an Extended Diploma in Fine Art & Design at West Suffolk College, where she honed her artistic abilities and developed a deep appreciation for aesthetics. Eager to expand her horizons, she embarked on a new chapter and pursued a BA (Hons) in Architecture at Brighton University. Relocating from her hometown of Haverhill outside of Cambridge to the vibrant city of Brighton in 2019, she immersed herself in the architectural wonders and vibrant culture of the area.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Abigail enjoys exploring the charming coffee shops and delightful restaurants scattered throughout the bustling streets of Brighton North Laines. She is also an avid snowboarder, finding solace and excitement in the majestic slopes of the French Alps. Moreover, her interest in health and fitness reflects her dedication to leading a well-rounded lifestyle.
Inspiration for Abi's designs often stems from the captivating colours found in nature and the allure of natural elements. She believes in harnessing the beauty and harmony of the world around us to create spaces that evoke a sense of tranquility and joy. Her uplifting personality shines through in her work, as she approaches each project with enthusiasm and a well-organised mindset.
Perlita Tullet-Baran
Office and Accounts Manager
Perlita has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. She is in charge of office operations, administration and accounts, working very hard to ensure the day-to-day running of the office runs smoothly. An enthusiastic team player and self motivated, she enjoys making a real difference and is a highly regarded member of the Parkers team.
Perlita lived and worked in Australia for several years, then returned to the UK settling back in Brighton where she lives with her partner Freddie. Outside work, she likes doing her Yoga routine and workout at home, dining at her local favourite restaurants in Brighton or London and visiting National Trust places. She and her partner recently discovered the joy of cruising and love travelling. She enjoys cooking and loves spending time with her loved ones, chatting with her family and catching up with friends, be it in the UK or overseas.
Darren Eldred
Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver
Since 2009, Darren has built a wealth of experience in logistics, delivery, and security roles, making him a perfect fit for his position as Warehouse Operative and Delivery Driver at Parker Bathrooms & Kitchens. His background includes managing deliveries, overseeing warehouse operations, and delivering excellent customer service, ensuring goods are handled with care from storage to final destination.
Darren was drawn to the family-run ethos of Parkers and enjoys working as part of a supportive, close-knit team that values efficiency and customer satisfaction.
A dedicated family man, Darren’s life revolves around his six children and a home bustling with pets. He loves hosting family parties and spending time with loved ones, making the most of the lively, joyful atmosphere that comes with a big household.
Job Vacancies at Parker Bathrooms & Kitchens
WAREHOUSE MANAGER – FULL TIME
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working person to join our logistics team to aid in the delivery of bathrooms and kitchens and the general running of our warehouse on a full-time basis.
Salary is negotiable according to experience. Excellent package awaits the suitable candidate with healthcare package included after initial trial period.
This is a full-time role. You will be required to work Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of goods (including full kitchen and bathroom deliveries) to the Brighton & Hove and surrounding area, and occasionally further afield
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving and storing goods with care
- Manage the delivery schedule, liaising with clients to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner, or to arrange on-site collections
- Communicate regularly with our sales team to manage expectations of clients
- Liaise with suppliers to arrange returns
- Record all day-to-day admin on our business management software, EasyQuote
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximise productivity and minimise errors
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular assessment of stocked products
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Additional ad hoc duties as and when required to maintain the smooth running of operations
Requirements:
- Be fluent in both written and oral English
- Be able to work independently, act on your own initiative and be self-motivated whilst also being able to work well within a vibrant and friendly team
- Good IT skills. Capable of picking up new IT systems quickly and with ease (full training on EasyQuote software provided)
- Possess strong, clear communication skills, face to face, by telephone and written
- Good organisational skills
- Capable of working with a methodical approach and able to prioritise your workload efficiently
- Approachable, friendly manner
- Be able to learn and take responsibility for your own area
- A full, clean UK drivers license is essential
The following experience is not essential but could be advantageous to the candidate:
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Previous experience driving a Luton van

SALES DESIGNER – FULL TIME
We are looking for an experienced sales designer to join our team.
Although training will be provided, experience in design and sales is essential. Proven track record within a sales-driven environment required.
Salary is negotiable according to experience. Excellent package awaits the suitable candidate along with a generous commission scheme and uncapped earnings, plus healthcare package included after initial trial period.
The showroom is open 6 days per week Mon-Sat. You will be required to work Saturdays with a set rota day allocated in the week.
Responsibilities:
- Driving opportunities to maximise sales in bathrooms, kitchens & bedrooms across a wide sector, to both residential and commercial clients of varying budgets
- To achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Greeting existing and prospect customers into our showroom and qualifying leads accordingly
- Conduct client presentations, offering both technical and design expertise
- Consult and advise clients throughout project, through to fit-out and completion, building a positive customer rapport
- Conduct site visits to residential/contract sites
- Produce CAD visualisations and technical drawings
- Created bespoke solutions where necessary
- Produce orders via Easy Quote system
- Manage stock, liaising with suppliers and warehouse team to ensure goods arrive in timely manner
- Any other ad hoc duties deemed as reasonable within the scope of the job role
Required Skills and Experience:
- Min. two year’s sales & design experience
- A flair for design, an eye for detail and a creative approach to selling
- Excellent IT skills to include MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team

SHOWROOM ADMINISTRATOR – FULL TIME
We are looking for an experienced administrator to help our team, and to ensure that we continue with our reputation for great design and excellent customer service. You will play a crucial role in providing the MD, sales/design team, accounts and warehouse with high quality admin support.
Salary is negotiable according to experience. Excellent package awaits the suitable candidate with healthcare package included after initial trial period.
This is a full-time role. You will be required to work Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client orders are administered and managed appropriately through to installation. This includes; placing purchase orders, chasing order confirmations from suppliers, liaising with accounts regarding payments from clients & to suppliers, liaising with warehouse regarding goods-in, chasing suppliers where necessary for outstanding orders
- Managing installer diary
- Sending standard documents to clients via email
- Managing the customer services email, responding to and logging customer issues/queries in a timely manner
- Managing and redirecting incoming calls, managing voicemail messages
- Managing and maintaining software catalogues for EQ and Winner
- General maintenance and tidiness of showrooms, ordering stationery supplies and sundry items where required
- Ensuring client comfort when they are visiting the showroom – teas/coffees etc
- Managing brochures and sample libraries
- Additional ad hoc duties as and when required to maintain the smooth running of the showroom
Requirements:
